I was a precocious kid and it's all RDA's fault.

I haven't done a damn thing all day but watch MacGyver and Farscape.  Ben Browder cries so pretty!  RDA with a mullet!... okay I'm less excited about the second one.  Rewatching these MacGyver eps just makes me remember what impact it had on me as a kid.  I wanted a Swiss Army Knife.  I thought duct tape could fix anything.  Chocolate isn't just good to eat, it can also stop acid spills.  :D  (I've never tested that last one... but I've thought of it...)

I used to take apart stuff all the time to see how it worked.  Drove my mom nuts.  Dad, being a mechanic, didn't mind.  He'd just take me out to the garage and have me strip carburetors.  I could never put them back together, he handled that, but I was a pro at taking them apart.  Dad got to where he'd time me.  *snicker*

When I was little, I wanted a Jeep Wrangler for my first car, just because MacGyver drove one.  Of course now I cringe at that thought.  I wouldn't own a Wrangler if you gave it to me.

Ah, good times.  Good times.  At least I haven't broken down and bought the A-Team yet.  I'll wait until amiguriken caves and buys it.  Then, I can just borrow.  :D
